We are trained to collect evidence and determine the highest price the person who is offering on your property is likely, or able, to pay. Through the experience of hundreds and hundreds of transactions, we’ll often talk to you about not only your best response, but help you predict how your transaction may proceed through the other stages of the negotiations, including inspections, repairs, and appraisal.
